Print-Rite receives the Hang Seng Pearl River Delta Environmental Award 2011/12 – Green Medalists & 3 Years + entrant

Print-Rite Holdings Limited has won the 2012 Hong Kong Award for Industries: Technological Achievement Award

• Awarded "2011 Quality Award of Guangdong Provincial Government".

• Received Hang Seng Pearl River Delta (PRD) Environmental Award 2010/11 - Silver Award.

• Awarded "Fifty-Four Red Flag League Committee of Zhuhai".

• Mr. Arnald Ho, Chairman of Print-Rite Holdings Limited, was awarded the Owner Operator Award by DHL/SCMP Hong Kong Business Award 2011.

• Awarded the “Hong Kong - Guangdong Cleaner Production Partner (Manufacturing)” commendation, in recognition to our contributions to the environment and our continuous efforts in cleaner production. This is the third consecutive year that Print-Rite receives this commendation.

• Acquired an image product company "Datenliz Photo Works Company Limited".

• ICMI expanded production capability and become the largest toner manufacturing base in China.

• New Technology "SmarTact™" was officially launched.

• The Re-examination Committee of the State Intellectual Property Office of People Republic of China (PRC) issued a notice that a formal invalidation application from Seiko Epson Corporation against Print-Rite s long-registered patents for the “Connected Device in Continuous Ink Supply System” (CISS).  It is believed that this is the first time ever in the printer consumables industry where an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is formally seeking to invalidate patents owned by an aftermarket printer consumables manufacturer in China. 

• Received the Capital Entrepreneur Green Enterprise Award 2010: Merit Green Enterprise, which recognizes that Print-Rite has turned concern for the environment into increased profit and taken into consideration for environmental factor when formulating its business strategy.

• Received the “Green Medalist” Certificate of the “Hang Seng – Pearl River Delta Environmental Awards 2009/2010”.

• Received the Hong Kong Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise (MAKE) Award 2010, which acknowledges and brings public recognition to its outstanding performance and commitment in knowledge management practices.

• Acquired AEG Photoconductor Shanghai, a renowned OPC drum manufacturer. This acquisition has put Print-Rite in a unique position to become a fully vertical integrated aftermarket laser printer consumables player in the world.

• "Print-Rite Octagon" portal was awarded "2010 Outstanding Knowledge Management (KM) Project Award".

• Nominated as the first choice of "Government Procurement of Common Environmental Supplies".

• Received the Hong Kong Outstanding Corporate Citizenship Award 2010 - Silver Award in the Manufacturing Sector Category.

• Received the Bronze Award of the 2010 Hong Kong Awards for Environmental Excellence for the 2nd Consecutive Year.

• 天威® was awarded "Guangdong Top Brand Product".

• Print-Rite Tower located at the Zhuhai-Macao Cross-Border Industrial Zone in Zhuhai PRC was inaugurated.

• Received a commendation “Hong Kong - Guangdong Cleaner Production Partner (Manufacturing)” from the Hong Kong and Guangdong governments in recognition of its active and continuous participation in cleaner production.

• Registered over 1,000 patents and was ranked on the top of the league table in the industry.

• The China Environmental Labeling Testing Specifications for the Remanufactured Laser Toner Cartridges, proposed and drafted by Print-Rite, was officially accepted by the State Environmental Protection Administration of China and released as a standard.

• Print-Rite's 86T® ink cartridge received the First Class Science & Technology Award of Zhuhai Municipality. The development team of 86T® ink cartridge was awarded as Distinguished Person by Zhuhai Television.

• Print-Rite's 86T® ink cartridge was awarded the Gold Medal of the 9th China Patent Award (the highest patent award in China and an award approbated by the World Intellectual Property Organization).

• STMC certified, which confirms our competency in laser product testing and compliance to international testing standards.

• Joined China delegation and participated International Standards Organization Workgroup Conference as the Lead of the China delegation.

• Received the Innovation-Knowledge Enterprise Award 2004.

• Implemented Product Development Management (PDM) system.

• The manufacturing site of ICMI, located in Zhuhai PRC was inaugurated.

• The new site of "Print-Rite Unicorn Image Products Company Limited of Zhuhai" located in the Nanping Science and Technology Industrial Park, Zhuhai PRC was inaugurated.

• The first company in the printer consumables industry in China to receive the ISO 14001 certification.

• Started "Green Recycle Campaign".

• "Print-Rite Charity Foundation Limited" was established and has supported the "Sowers Action Project Hope" primary school constructions actively.

• Received the ISO 9001:2000 certification.

• The first company in the printer consumables industry in China to receive the ISO 9002:1994 certification.

• "Fanling Trading Company Limited of Zhuhai" was established, it is the master distributor of 天威® products in China.

• The first printer consumable manufacturer in China to produce laser consumables and became the largest manufacturing base of printer consumables in Asia.

• Donated RMB 200,000 to China Flood Relief Fund and started the Journey of Charity.

• "Tian Wei Printer Ribbon Manufacturer", the first printer consumable manufacturer in China, was set up in Zhuhai.

• Launched own brand "PRINT-RITE®” for Hong Kong and overseas market and “天威®” for PRC market.

• Expanded business activities, started export business.
